Untracked unrewarded goodness

There are a lot of actions in society that are beneficial to everybody but are not tracked or rewarded by society.

Things like art creation, music, childcare, hobbies, litter collection, healthy eating, exercise and meditation.

None of these things are rewarded by society. They are not profitable.

How do we reward these activities?
