6 hour childcare
I think childcare can be collectivised.
Childcare is very expensive, but I cannot see why it should be.
I propose a new institution that offers childcare after school from the hours of 3pm to 9pm. I propose school buildings be used to provide the accommodation for this new institution.
It doesn't have to be educational. I think it should be a bit like university.
This gives parents a chance to leave work at the normal time and create more prosperity for all.

This is derived from the minimum number of hours for time with family that constitutes a happy family life. it could be something like happy families work best when the children spend at least 3 hours a day excluding sleep at home.
